What we look for in a coach
Experience matters, but so does temperament. We're building a staff around coaches who take the game seriously and take their players even more seriously.
- Real coaching or playing experience in youth soccer
- A track record of positive, development-focused coaching
- Genuine investment in both the girls' and boys' divisions
